If a customer finds a lower price for a certified loose lab diamond with the same certificate number and attributes at a legitimate certified retailer, we will match that price. The competitor’s diamond must be in stock, priced in the same currency, and available to the general public.
Verification Process
To verify the lower price, customers must provide a copy of the certificate and a link to the competitor’s webpage. This ensures that the price match is based on the same product specifications.
Timeframe
Our price match guarantee is available before a customer places their order. Once the order is placed, no new discounts can be applied. If a price match is approved, the new price will be honored for 48 hours.
Exclusions
Our price match guarantee does not apply to settings, finished jewelry, or complete pieces. It is also not valid for diamonds from auction websites, pawn shops, B2B platforms, or private sellers. Pricing errors are not eligible for the price match.
