Shipping Insurance
SODALULU protects all international orders from loss or thefts during transit by providing shipping insurance through our trusted couriers. In the event of a return, a non-refundable shipping insurance fee will be charged to you.

Returns
International orders can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, excluding the shipping insurance fee.

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs, including customs fees, taxes, postage, and duties, as well as the retrieval of customs fees and taxes collected by the carrier upon delivery of the package.
